There are hundreds of medical transcription companies out there, and they are very legitimate. Of course, you must know the trade, i.e. typing, medical terminology, and anatomy helps. These companies can be found by Googling, "transcription companies."

Everybody in the world who has a computer wants to do data entry at home. It would be nice but the only way to do this is to learn a trade or else you are not valuable to companies and they do not need you. Everybody wants to work at home and people who run companies have friends and would hire their friends before they would hire anybody else (because who doesn't have friends that would want to work at home?) and would probably even do it under the table since the work they need done can be done at home. The only LEGIT ways to make money online is to learn how to make your own business like a website with affiliate links or selling domain names (on or ebay). check out if you would like to learn how to do many of these things. I type 90 wpm so believe me, I was looking for data entry jobs 5 years ago and still havent found one but I found lots of other ways to make money and thats good for now. because once you get to a certain weight it's hard for you to lose more. For example, for me, i've had huge changes in eating patterns from anorexia to binge eating in the last 4 years. i'm 16 and 5ft 4. currently eating an aero bar, a packet of crisps and an orange. but that's irrelevant.
No matter how much I eat I never go over 7 stone 12lbs (110pounds) and i've gone through times of eating 3000 calories a day. like pretty much all celebrities, I have a naturally high metabolism. If i really forced myself, I cound break the 8 stone boundary, but it would take 3 Mcdonalds a day, plus pies and cakes every hour.
It works exactly the same the other way, which i found uout when i was anorexic. No matter how much I don't eat (within normalish low range of 1000-1500 calories a day) I will lose weight, and then exactly the same as the gaining weight thing, i will stop losing weight at 7 stone (98 lbs) if i carried on eatng 1000 calories forever, i wouldn't go below this.

I believe the term is "psychiatric evaluation". A physician, judge, attorney, or social services should be able to set something up for you.

Just basically a procedure to determine how someone views the world in general, and how they are able to cope with daily issues such as work, family, and so on.

You and your baby can be registered at any GP in your area, as long as:

(a) You live in their defined catchment area

(b) Their list is not "full" or "closed" (rare but it happens)

If you want more information, your local PCT (Primary Care Trust) website should give you contact details of someone you can talk to. The NHS patient website (www.nhs.uk) will also have a postcode finder where you can find GP's.
(Or dentists, hospitals and other services for that matter)

The GP your child is registered at after birth doesn't have to be the same GP as either you or your husband, although a "discharge summary" after your birth will usually go to the mother's GP by default (but it'll catch up with your baby anyway in time).

It's generally easier to look after a whole family if you're registered with the same GP, then things like post natal checks for you and 8 week checks for your baby are easier to coordinate, but it's not essential.

You clearly received outpatient services, because you were not hospitalized. Usually a psychiatric evaluation means one or two visits to a psychiatrist just to see what you need. A psychiatrist is an MD with a specialty in psychiatry. If you went to a licensed counselor, you probably received counseling and he/she would have evaluated you during your first couple of visits. Forms do not always offer enough choices to clearly explain what you received, so your response may be the best choice of what was offered.

This may be a stupid question… but did you *create* a signature? Without that, the option to insert one will be – naturally – unavailable…

Did some digging for you – do you have Word set to be the default editor?

"In the options dialog box, the Mail Format tab, the only setting that works seems to be in an HTML format (good) with ONLY the "Use …Word…to read Rich Text email messages." When you create a new email with this setting, the Signature button appears. However, if the other check box is checked ("Use…Word…to edit email messages"), there is no signature button to be found. The signature button is a pretty handy tool but I don't like the required format."

Most temporary agencies are in need of people with typing skills. Go apply at several. Also, you could look up "transcription services" and apply at those businesses as well. Be prepared to take a typing test as part of the application process.
