Info Flow Assessment v.4.xls : The Information Flow Assessment is used to document how medical information is received, stored, and transmitted within an agency. Information gathered within NC DHHS will be used to determine privacy, security and EDI impacts within the agencies. Note - additional assessments will be necessary for Security and EDI.
